- Dimanche 22 novembre

Four Times Twenty Years: What Transformations Have Unfolded in Dong Ding Oolong?
Time is a remarkable force. It deepens the layers of flavour, while concealing surprises that no one could have anticipated.
The history of Taiwan’s Dong Ding Oolong is a story of rises and falls, shaped by the changing tea-drinking habits of successive generations, and closely intertwined with the growing fascination for aged Pu-erh tea.
From the Dong Ding Oolong of 2026, to 2006, the teas of the 1980s, and finally, as the highlight of our journey, the opening of a tea sealed away since 1960 — Wistaria invites you to join us on a journey through time, exploring the transformations of tea and the stories held within each passing decade.
